The foundation for Management and Nest Center Buildings of Cukurova Technology Development Region is laid on March 27, 2007.   When the construction is completed, it will include the followings:

In the building of Cukurova Technopolis Management and Nest Center, User Block (3 Blocks) 10.000 – 12.000 m² Management Block 4000 m²   Rooms for users will be between 50 – 100 m² with different dimensions and if it is necessary multiple rooms will be used for one user.

In user blocks, there will be areas for common use. (WC, showers, smoking areas, etc.)   In management block there will be two floors. In the management floor, there will be Manager Office, Secretary Office, Meeting rooms (for 20 and 50 persons), offices, kitchen and WC.   In the basement, there will be dining hall, cafeteria, shopping area, WC and the others when needed.
