In user blocks, there will be areas
for common use. (WC, showers, smoking areas, etc.)
In management block there will be two
floors. In the management floor, there will be Manager
Office, Secretary Office, Meeting rooms (for 20
and 50 persons), offices, kitchen and WC.
In the basement, there will be dining
hall, cafeteria, shopping area, WC and the others
when needed.
